Dziś zajmiemy się tematem prawdziwie uniwersalnym, nieodłącznym elementem życia, stałą składową prozy codzienności, a mianowicie narzekaniem. Wszakże któż nie lubi z rana pomarudzić na pogodę, pokręcić nosem stojąc w korku, pogrymasić ze współpracownikami na co najwyżej przeciętne walory smakowe lunchu, a następnie obsmarować owych współpracowników, konwersując przez telefon z żoną, której zresztą też się oberwie przy piwie (znowu ciepłym i wygazowanym!) z kolegami, nudzącymi tą samą gadką od trzecie łyka… Każdy powód jest dobry, ta kwestia nie podlega dyskusji, jednakże wyrażając niezadowolenie, powinniśmy mieć wzgląd na naszych odbiorców, by przez zgoła niepoprawny dobór słów nie dać im powodów do narzekania. Na przykład w języku angielskim, z natury stonowanym oraz powściągliwym pod względem ładunku negatywnych emocji, należy narzekać uprzejmie, bardziej sygnalizując problem niż waląc nim prosto w twarz rozmówcy. Warto więc zapoznać się z paroma przydatnymi frazami, by móc bez obaw o savoir vivre dawać upust rozgoryczeniu czy irytacji za granicą.
